I dont like the overall quality. Any help is apriciated. The recordings are saved on the ssd

My laptop:
I7 8750H
1060
128GB ssd
1tb HDD
16gb ram

For recording, use the simple output mode and set the appropriate preset. You should be using quality based settings, not CBR.

How can i set the settings you recomended. In which settings category are they?

For resolution: video tab
For everything else: output tab

EDIT: or just run the setup wizard.
