When I'm not streaming, everything is normal. But when I do stream any video game, my ping is high for no reason making my experience overall infuriating. Is there a fix to this?

Not 'no reason' - most likely an easily visible reason
real-time video encoding is VERY computationally demanding.
I recommend monitoring hardware resource (CPU, GPU, RAM, Disk I/O, etc) utilization [for ex. using Task manager’s Performance tab and/or Resource Monitor] to see if your system is being maxed out with your settings https://obsproject.com/wiki/General-Performance-and-Encoding-Issues
In my experience, which may or may not apply to your situation, your observation is associated with an under-powered computer for what you are asking it to do. You ignored the pinned posts in this forum on posting OBS log when asking for help, so I and others can only guess as to your issue(s).
