Bug Report I start streaming and it stops after 30secs

Everytime i hit stream it stops streaming after 30secs.
I streamed for 14hours yesterday on https://www.twitch.tv/not_perfect w/o a problem.
Today i go to start and it wont work....

In case someone ends up here by searching...
@not_perfect came to the OBS Discord support channel. I determined that the issue was caused by having the Output Timer activated to stop the stream after 30 seconds. Disabling the Output Timer solved the issue. The Output Timer is located in the Tools menu (Tools > Output Timer).
