INSTANT OBS CRASHING- Please Help Details Inside

here is part of the crash log. did update today and bam. can't run OBS. instant crashes. reinstalled, restarted computer. any help much appreciated.

it says the online/cleanup-image/restorehealth option is unknown. after running the second command it said that corrupted files were repaired but still have the exact same issue and it wont launch OBS

i am completely up to date on all OS things and drivers. this is making me go crazy. LITERALLY used OBS right before the update to record a video. literally. updated and boom. everything is messed up. however now streamlabs OBS is working. i really dont want to use them.

did you have start the cmd with admin privilegs ?
is in the window name running as Admin?

try this commands

• DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

try also the aio runtime installer

those 2 commands ran, and found no corruption or problems, OBS still won't launch.

absolutely nothing is working.. i just did a clean reinstall of GPU drivers, the program, i did all those commands and it ran the scans and said no corruption or anything. and still obs just will not launch.
