i dont mean laggy or choppy. i mean actual glitching like a ton of colors and fast warping visuals glitchy. this is a brand new computer and i just finished installing the latest drivers for my card and restarting. the link shows what im getting

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...
OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Try changing the encoder to Nvidia H.264. Also change the container to kmv or mp4 and enable OBS to run with administrator rights.
