Question / Help Recording Popup window

Hi All,

im trying to record a tutorial of a software. during process when i click of my presentation , there will be some popup window. but the OBS did not record it.
i've tried to add the "window" capture" but only works for 1 popup. if its more then i need to add another window capture.
there are so many windows popup that will show up.
How should i do to solve it. i mean the one that could record all the popup windows that will come up.

The only realistic way is to use Display Capture. Anything else requires a hook for each individual window.

im trying to use Display capture, but its not working. only black screen. is there any addtional setup for the screen before i could use Display CApture

What program is it that you're trying to capture?

im trying to make tutorial of magicQ-PC with its visualizer.
All the other capture facilities are working fine except the Display Capture

With what basic knowledge I have of running this program, I'm having no problem capturing the MagicQ Visualiser window that you have, as shown:

Is there a different window that you're trying to capture?

Dear Sir,
i've tried to install on other PC, and it works well.
now i have to find, what is wrong with my laptop.
