FYI, from your last log. It appears that OBS may have been open when you changed the refresh rates. OBS should always be closed when making system changes. Still a mixed bag of Rendering Lag & Dropped Frames.

i just tried streaking on kick at 8k bitrate and i dont have the problem there
i don't understand how i'm able to stream on a diffrent platform and it's better than when i even record on my pc i'm so confused

actually it's not "fixed" i think it's just that the extra 2000 bitrates allowed on kick make it way less visible so nevermind

i also forgot to mention when i tested recordings with way higher bitrate i dont have the pixelation issue at all i don't know if that matter or not since twitch has a max of 6k bitrates anyway
